Meet April Rosner

April Rosner joined YES in August 2017. She has been working as a higher education professional for over a decade and has used those skills to advance every level of YES’s development and programming. While serving as the National Director of College-to-Career Programs, she was instrumental in raising YES college graduation rates by nearly 10% through her work as a financial aid advisor, academic coach, and crisis counselor. Through career planning and YES’s network of professional and personal connections, she has helped our scholars achieve their career goals, from the professional art world to positions at Fortune 500 companies. She is passionate about filling in systemic gaps for marginalized communities, and brings her experience with education, fundraising, professional development, and program management to support YES!
