YES LA middle and high school scholars took part in a hands-on rocketry launch with SCRA, launching rockets they built and prepped themselves! 🚀
With guidance from our STEM Director and support from YES senior Roberto, students stepped into the field ready to out their rockets to the test. Nearly every rocket took flight and even the challenges became part of the experience!
Creating access to experiences like this is how we help level the playing field for students.
